Education is at the core of the Park’s community ethos. Island Primary will be opening a school as the anchor park tenant in September 2023.

Sports fields and fitness studios will provide facilities for the Cayman Islands community, athletes and students within the park.

Environmentally friendly road and infrastructure designs including street furniture, underground utilities, bicycle parking and landscaping features.

Solar powered street lighting and storm water management and land set aside for conservation demonstrate the Park’s commitment to sustainability.

A dedicated nature trail runs along the Park’s perimeter ending at a lookout hut in the mangrove conservation area open to all visitors to the Park.

Retail space for coffee shops and other related trade will offer complimentary services and enhance the Park’s offering at the entrance to the site.
